About the role:

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to join our Product team. As the Chief of Staff, you will report directly and be a trusted adviser to the Chief Product & Data Officer. You will develop and manage operational workflows such as quarterly and annual planning, board meeting preparation, and commercial requests from the Revenue organization, and will pursue one-off research projects as IC PM support to the Chief Product & Data Officer. You will analyze and identify where there are opportunities for improvement in the product process and ensure compliance across the organization with R&D rituals. You will champion initiatives to strengthen relationships between product and other departments.

Where you will work:

This role will be based in our New York City office. You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

What you will do:

  • Execute strategic projects across the product organization; dive deep into areas of high priority
  • Develop and industrialize operational processes in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Support the Product organization's strategic operating rhythm, including managing commercial requests, data governance, ensuring compliance with R&D rituals, and driving our annual/quarterly planning processes
  • Champion initiatives to strengthen relationships between product and other departments
  • Work directly with the Chief Product & Data Officer on high-visibility initiatives

What you will bring to the team:

  • 2+ years of experience in a strategic problem-solving role; prior experience in an early-stage startup environment, management consulting or investment banking
  • A strong ability to break down unstructured problems into their component parts, recommend solutions, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to implement them
  • A combination of a high ownership mentality and detail orientation that has resulted in a track record of delivering operational initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize insights from complex data
  • A willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
  • Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment
  • A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system

Compensation Transparency:

The target salary range for this position is $135,000 - $150,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
