Responsibilities:

  • Communicates the long-term vision, sets the daily morale of the team, and leads by example
  • Acts as a Brand Ambassador in the local community & effectively builds relationships
  • Coaches team members to provide consistent execution & exemplary service
  • Confidently handles customer complaints, concerns, and service issues with grace
  • Ensures that Management team follows all store policies and procedures
  • Responsible for completion of all administrative duties, paperwork, and cash handling
  • Guarantees completion of all daily food safety checklists and proper food handling, FIFO
  • Monitors all equipment and maintains preventative maintenance and ensures timely repairs
  • Ensures completion of inventories, staff meal documentation, prep and waste control
  • Maintains immaculate cleanliness and perfect organization of all areas of the restaurant
  • Certifies and delivers team member and Management evaluations in a timely manner
  • Resolves potential team member conflicts in a professional and confidential manner
  • Fully skilled in every position and able to train or work a station at a moment's notice

Requirements:

  • Positive and encouraging demeanor
  • Energetic, super friendly and a proactive team player
  • Able to work and manage the team in a fast-paced environment
  • Numbers- and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency at all levels, including recipe knowledge, service standards, sanitation practices, FOH and BOH management functions
  • 3+ years' experience as a General Manager (or equivalent position) in a restaurant, fast-casual / quick service restaurant preferred
  • Ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk and perform other physical tasks for hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60, $70,000.00 per year
