Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing&Brand Manager to lead marketing initiatives that enhance our brand presence, drive market engagement, and support global growth. This role will focus on market event planning and execution, media relations, and global social media operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within the technology sector, with experience in both digital and offline strategies. Proficiency in Chinese, Bay Area, and English is essential, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Management: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen company visibility, reputation, and market positioning in the AI and technology sectors.
- Market Event Planning and Execution: Plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns, events, and activities, including offline events such as conferences, workshops, and product launches, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers; handle press releases, media inquiries, and public relations activities to enhance media coverage and thought leadership.
- Global Social Media Operations: Manage and optimize social media channels across global markets, create engaging content, monitor performance metrics, and drive user engagement to support brand growth and community building.
- Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing initiatives, track campaign performance, and report on key metrics to measure ROI and effectiveness.
- Content Development: Create high-quality marketing materials, including blogs, videos, and promotional content, tailored for various audiences and channels.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing roles, with a preference for backgrounds in technology media, AI/tech companies, or related industries. Experience in planning and executing offline events is required.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Chinese, Bay Area, and English, with the ability to work effectively in a multilingual environment.
Technical and Soft Skills:
Creative storytelling and content creation abilities, with experience in media relations and public relations.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
