Our Human Resources team is seeking a professional, approachable, and detail-oriented HR Representative to be our welcoming first point of contact for Team Members, applicants, and visitors—shaping their amazing experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

What You'll Do:

  • Welcome and assist Team Members, applicants, and visitors with authenticity and professionalism.
  • Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring an outstanding new hire experience.
  • Help facilitate on-site pre-employment requirements, including drug screens.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and uphold compliance with employment regulations.
  • Support payroll, I-9 verification, and other essential HR functions.
  • Provide helpful HR information, connecting employees with the right resources.
  • Keep the office running efficiently while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Education and Experience:

  • Bi-lingual (English and Spanish).
  • Previous HR experience a plus.
  • Must be 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Registration Card.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or GED.
