We are a locally grown Utah based painting business Provo Painters is looking for a partner to join it's painting company leadership team immediately. Provo Painters is getting more leads than we can handle and we need a leader to help us grow and meet our clients needs. We are seeking a licensed, experienced and hard working master painter.

Job Type:
We are seeking a business partner to lead out on working directly with clients for project scope/requirements, bidding/quoting, and overseeing projects from beginning to end.
Qualifications
- Ownership mentality. You are a self-starter. You keep accurate records and can manage, evaluate, and make adjustments to the job and crew on a daily basis to keep the project on schedule and on budget.
- Proven experience running residential painting projects; both interior and exterior work.
- Can lead a crew of experienced painters to complete high-quality jobs, start to finish, on-time and within budget.
- Great communication skills with contractors, clients, and crews.
- Craftsman level painter with strong knowledge of a wide variety of coatings, materials, wood finishes, and painting techniques.
- Ability to impress some of the region's most prestigious builders and architects with your high quality finishes throughout the home and efficient project management.
- Great attitude, trustworthy, hard working, a painter who takes pride in their work.
Experience and Expertise:
- Leadership Experience: 1 year preferred
- Painting Experience: 5 years preferred
- Referrals and work photos will be requested
Conditions of Employment:
- Must have a current Utah license - S270 Drywall, Paint, and Plastering Contractor (previously S300)
- Must be a US citizen
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must pass a criminal background check
Work Location:
- Provo Utah and greater Utah County
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Projected Total Compensation: $85, $120,000.00 per year
