Hiring: Senior Payroll Analyst— Stamford, CT (Hybrid)

Fast-growing company adding a Senior Payroll Analyst to support day-to-day payroll operations and keep the team organized and compliant across a 3,000+ employee population.

This is a lead role supporting the Payroll Manager and overseeing workflow across the team.

Location: Stamford, CT

Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 WFH

Comp: ~$90–100K + bonus

What you'll do:

  • Process payroll and ensure compliance
  • Keep tasks organized across the team
  • Support leadership on key initiatives, including California payroll rollout next year

What we're looking for:

  • Strong payroll and compliance experience
  • Multi-state payroll; California experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, organized
