The Integrations System Architect will lead the strategic planning and execution of technology solutions that support and enhance various modules of Workday HCM, Learning systems and ServiceNow. This role requires a strong and deep understanding of HR technologies, learning architecture, and integration with other business applications. The person will partner with our business counterparts, be responsible for innovation and supporting a skill-based organization.

The Integration Systems Architect will work closely with HR leaders, IT teams, and external partners to: 

  • Deliver innovative, scalable, and secure technology solutions that drive business value. 
  • Recommend integrated processes, applications, data and technology to solve business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards. 
  • Develop a seamless experience for colleagues from a learning perspective, integrating solutions with the HR data lake and Workday. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies for use of an integrated learning and colleague experience platform. 
  • Perform technical planning, solution development, and modification of specifications to ensure architectural integrity of the company's IT learning structures. 
  • Direct processes, validations and change-management to ensure learning platforms have company-standard: Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) practices, crisis management, and incident response.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Leverage AI for micro-learnings and help configuring Workday and integration systems.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging best practices and lessons learned. 
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and processes to enhance learning operations and employee experience, creating a skill-based organization. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally in building software applications by using relevant development languages, and applying knowledge of systems, services, and tools appropriate for the business area. 

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in Workday technology and integration roles. 
  • 5+ years' experience leading Learning technology initiatives (SABA cloud, Precipio, Virbela, Intrepid, Symtrain). 
  • 5+ years' experience successfully implementing and integrating HR technologies, such as HCM, ATS, LMS, and payroll systems. 
  • 3+ years' experience with HR technology platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM.

Education 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required. 
  • Master's degree preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$118, $236,900.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
