Busy Dermatology practice is a seeking a warm, friendly and detail oriented person to join our team.

Successful candidate will demonstrate teamwork, kindness, maturity, patience, and a passion for helping others.

Our primary location is Westfield, NJ, with a satellite office in Morristown, NJ. Applicant must be able to travel reliably to both locations.

Job responsibilities include:

Answering phones

Patient check-in/check out

Patient data entry

Scheduling appointments

Patient copays

Assisting medical assistants as needed.

Other duties as assigned

Experienced receptionist is a plus.

Experience with EMA is a plus.

Work hours: (You must be available all of these days and times)

Monday 9:00am -6:00 pm

Tuesday OFF

Wednesday 9:00am - 6:00pm

Thursday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Friday: 9:00am- 6:00pm
