Overview:

We are seeking an Associate to join the Litigation department in our Des Moines office with the opportunity to work remotely in a hybrid environment.

Our Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • 2+ years of general business litigation experience including real estate, construction, and commercial litigation
  • Prior experience in private practice or related in-house positions
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
  • Strong academic background
  • J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
  • Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the state of Iowa
