Position: Production Baker

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Production Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced production setting and share our dedication to delivering consistent, high-quality baked goods.

Responsibilities:

  • Mixing, scaling, and preparing ingredients for large batch production
  • Piping, decorating, glazing, and finishing various products
  • Working with chocolate and other intricate tasks
  • Ensuring consistent quality and adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Maintaining an organized and clean workspace
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Previous experience in a production bakery or similar high-volume setting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds, and stand for extended periods (10-hour shifts)
  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure
  • Passion for baking and crafting exceptional products from scratch

Pay: $ $19.00 per hour
