This position plays a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You'll be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality systems, supporting compliance with regulatory and certification standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and ensure our facilities are audit-ready at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring team members to uphold quality and food safety standards.
  • Overseeing daily quality operations and collaborating with leadership to enhance systems and processes.
  • Supporting internal and external audits, managing documentation, and driving corrective actions.
  • Monitoring KPIs and contributing to strategic initiatives that improve product integrity and consumer trust.
  • Managing lab equipment, calibrations, and sanitation protocols to ensure consistent performance.

What You Bring

  • A degree in a scientific or technical field, with experience in food, beverage, or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with GFSI schemes (SQF, FSSC), HACCP, and FSMA requirements.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • A passion for quality, a knack for data, and a drive to make things better every day.
