Real Estate -- Apartment Management - Maintenance

A National Property Management Company seeks to hire a Groundskeeper/ Porter for our beautiful apartment community.

Position Overview - Groundskeepers/Porters, under the supervision of the General Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor, are responsible for the general cleanliness of all assigned work areas.
 
Job Duties:
*Responsible for the interior/exterior cleanliness of the building
*Trash removal and operation of trash compactor
*Assisting in the preparation of vacant units
*Cleaning property common areas
*Care for property owned maintenance equipment

Requirements for Groundskeeper/Porter:

*Full time position
*Prior Maintenance/Janitorial experience preferred
*Team player
*Self motivated  - independent worker
