Job Overview

We are seeking MOTIVATED Entry Level Sales Representatives to join our sales team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in Roofing Restoration Sales. Representatives will start out by canvassing door to door as lead generation for potential clients. All you have to do is set up a free roof inspection. If we get on the roof of a qualified candidate you get paid You will receive a bonus once the lead signs our contingency form. After you validate your skills as a hard working lead generator, you will have the opportunity to be promoted to a Project Manager. Project managers pay scale will be on a tier system. The top tier will receive a profit split of 10/60/40. Training will be provided throughout the entire process.

Duties

  • Engage with potential customers through marketing and door to door.
  • Conduct inside sales activities to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for clients.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and campaigns to promote our services.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM software as necessary.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and social skills.
  • Previous experience in door to door, or any sales, is preferred but not required.
  • Basic understanding of roofing components is helpful.
  • Must be highly motivated.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • A passion for sales and helping customers find solutions that meet their needs.
  • Must have a D.L. and your own personal vehicle. Trucks or S.U.V's are preferred.
  • Must be professional.

I have been training Canvassers, Project Managers, and Sales Managers for over 13 years. Most of the salesman I've trained turned into million dollar salesman making over $350,000 plus/year. Sales Managers will have an opportunity to sell under the top tier pay structure and make commissions off of the salesmen they train.
