Key Responsibilities of a Driver Recruiter:
  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies to foster fleet growth and enhance driver retention.
  • Goal Setting: Set and achieve recruitment goals and objectives for the operation.
  • Campaign Design: Design and implement targeted recruitment campaigns and plans.
  • Candidate Response: Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and with professionalism.
  • Session Organization: Organize and lead orientation and information sessions for potential Independent Contractors (ICs).
  • Application Process: Streamline the applicant process, ensuring swift completion of contracts and assignment of lease vehicles.
  • Applicant Tracking: Maintain and manage applicant tracking systems with accurate records.
  • Report Generation: Generate and update various reports to monitor progress and identify trends.
  • Support: Support the Retention Manager as needed.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with drivers and staff.
  • Positive Environment: Cultivate a positive work environment and uphold superior customer service standards.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications of a Driver Recruiter:
  • Experience in Recruiting and/or Sales preferred
  • Positive, proactive attitude
  • Commitment to exceeding goals and expectations
  • Essential reliability
