About the role:
- Lead the charge in implementing and optimizing Epic systems
- Partner with top hospitals and clinics to identify opportunities for system and workflow improvements
- Apply your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
- Mentor client team members, sharing your knowledge and elevating their skills
- Work closely with client leadership, supporting their most critical initiatives
- Analyze and document workflows, providing optimization suggestions to enhance efficiency
- Adapt to varied project needs, from system builds to end-user support and beyond
Must-have Qualifications:
- You've honed your craft with an Epic certification in Beaker AP and/or CP
- You've got battle scars (and victories) from at least 5 years working in Epic's Beaker lab applications as a builder
Your Skills and Experience:
- You bring some project management experience to the table
- You have a keen eye for detail and a knack for improving complex healthcare workflows with system enhancements
- You're a master of adaptation, quickly acclimating to new projects, teams, and work environments
- Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are top-notch
- You're highly organized, able to multi-task while maintaining laser focus on individual tasks
- You're a self-starter who can maintain schedules, meet deadlines, and monitor your own work product
- You have an aptitude for mentoring and guiding others, inspiring trust and respect
