Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Clinical Research Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for conducting Medicare coverage analysis and establishing and negotiating budgets for clinical research trials. Working in partnership with other analysts and client research sites, our team helps to establish financial metrics and resources that enable effective and financially viable research studies. This position requires a strong understanding of Medicare coverage analysis, along with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.

Duties

  • Review and analyze critical trial protocols, identifying all critical activities
  • Review and interpret relevant payor guidelines
  • Identify and document billing requirements in accordance with guidelines
  • Develop and negotiate budgets for clinical research trials
  • Collaborate with clinical trial sites to ensure budget meets client needs
  • Apply company standards and expertise to negotiate favorable budgets
  • Prepare coverage analysis and budget documents as deliverables for clients
  • Work closely with other analysts to manage clients and work queues and meet established quality standards and turnaround times

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in science, economics, or a related analytical field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in the clinical research industry. Previous experience working with Medicare coverage analysis required.
  • Ability to understand complex policies and regulations. Familiarity with Medicare guidelines required.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex financial information clearly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $80, $95,000.00 per year
