Job Title: Senior Vending Machine Specialist

Reports To: Assistant Operations Manager

Salary: $17.50/hour, $36,400/annually

Level: Experienced

Location: Assigned Work Location

Work Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00AM CST to 1:30PM CST

General Description: The Senior Vending Machine Specialist will be an integral part of CCAPCARES, LLC business operations. The Senior Vending Machine Specialist will be responsible for and assist with functional vending machine responsibilities including stocking, cleaning, routine maintenance and repairs, and managing inventory. The goal is to ensure the business operations run smoothly and effectively to deliver convenience and quality products.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Stocking and Inventory:

· Stock and restock machines with products, ensuring freshness and proper placement

· Remove any expired products from machines and notify Assistant Operations Manager

· Place access inventory in storage rooms for redistribution

· Clears out cash cartridge in machines

· Track and manage inventory

· Assist with product and inventory orders

· Notify Inventory Specialist when there is a need for new products

· Notify Inventory Specialist when products have slow sales

Maintenance and Technical:

· Perform routine machine maintenance

· Clean and sanitize machines

· Diagnose, troubleshoot, test, and repair machine malfunctions

· Perform machine programming for pricing products

Leadership and Operations:

· Operate personal and/or company vehicles to commute to work location

· Provide training and assistance to colleagues as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 2 years in a similar role or equivalent

· Clean driving record

· Ability to multitask

· Great organizational skills

· Great communicate skills

· Experienced technical skills

· Experienced in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in a similar role or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

This position entails standing, walking, bending, pushing, twisting, reaching, lifting, and bending.
