House of Healing Az is a dynamic and growing practice focused on trauma-informed care. We are currently seeking a Mental Health Therapist who is passionate about helping clients heal, particularly those impacted by trauma. This role is ideal for someone with a wide range of experience working with diverse populations and age groups, from children to adults. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow with us to enhance our team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual therapy with a trauma-informed approach
  • Manage a flexible caseload that starts part-time with the intention for full-time as the client base grows
  • Work with clients of various backgrounds, ages, and presenting issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards
  • Collaborate with other therapists to ensure comprehensive, well-rounded care

Qualifications:

  • Active Arizona Board of Behavioral Health license (LAC, LMSW, LMFT, LCSW, LPC required)
  • Masters Degree in Social Worker, Counseling or similar practice required.
  • Experience with a variety of populations, including children, adults, first responders, survivors of abuse and neglect, and veterans.
  • EMDR training is preferred, EMDR certified a plus (not required)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a passion for client-centered care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Flexibility and creativity in building your own schedule
