Compensation
: $20-25/hr (contract) / $50-55K DOE (upon conversion)

Our client is seeking a skilled HelpDesk Technician to support internal employees across corporate offices and healthcare facilities. Daily Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming technical support calls from corporate and healthcare facility users
  • Troubleshooting issues with passwords, accounts, VPN, 2-factor authentication, and printing
  • Assisting end users with Outlook, Windows, and general application support
  • Following established HelpDesk procedures and escalating only when necessary
  • Provisioning new accounts and managing user access in Active Directory
  • Monitoring tickets and updating documentation for resolution tracking
  • Communicating clearly and patiently with non-technical users
  • Supporting occasional off-hour shifts and handling workload independently

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience on a HelpDesk or technical support team
  • Strong customer service skills and a patient, problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with Windows, Outlook, Active Directory, VPN, and networking basics
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
  • Availability for the primary shift (11:30 AM – 8 PM) with some flexibility for early hours (8–11 AM)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

Nice-to-Haves:

  • A+ certification is a strong plus
  • Experience in healthcare or internal corporate support
  • Prior exposure to account provisioning or IT asset management
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL practices
