Our client is seeking a skilled HelpDesk Technician to support internal employees across corporate offices and healthcare facilities. Daily Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming technical support calls from corporate and healthcare facility users
- Troubleshooting issues with passwords, accounts, VPN, 2-factor authentication, and printing
- Assisting end users with Outlook, Windows, and general application support
- Following established HelpDesk procedures and escalating only when necessary
- Provisioning new accounts and managing user access in Active Directory
- Monitoring tickets and updating documentation for resolution tracking
- Communicating clearly and patiently with non-technical users
- Supporting occasional off-hour shifts and handling workload independently
Qualifications:
- Proven experience on a HelpDesk or technical support team
- Strong customer service skills and a patient, problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with Windows, Outlook, Active Directory, VPN, and networking basics
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
- Availability for the primary shift (11:30 AM – 8 PM) with some flexibility for early hours (8–11 AM)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
Nice-to-Haves:
- A+ certification is a strong plus
- Experience in healthcare or internal corporate support
- Prior exposure to account provisioning or IT asset management
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL practices
