About the Role

As a Sales Representative at 's New York office, you will focus on maintaining strong client relationships and supporting both students and property partners throughout every stage of the booking process. This role emphasizes client service, coordination, and communication, rather than business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage existing client relationships (students, agents, landlords), ensuring satisfaction and timely follow-ups.
  • Support clients throughout the booking journey—from inquiry and apartment matching to lease signing and move-in coordination.
  • Communicate with tenants and landlords to resolve contract, payment, or move-in issues.
  • Provide post-sales support and maintain long-term relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
  • Coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure accurate invoicing, commission collection, and data integrity.
  • Learn and efficiently use Uhomes' in-house CRM system to update client and property information promptly and accurately.
  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly sales reports summarizing performance and client updates.
  • Deliver professional, attentive customer service as the primary contact for students and housing partners in the New York region.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, leasing, or client service, ideally within student housing, real estate, or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual (English & Mandarin) preferred.
  • Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM tools (developed by ) or the ability to quickly learn proprietary systems.
  • Positive, service-oriented attitude with strong teamwork and accountability.
