We're hiring an Associate Attorney with strong experience in Class Action and Data Breach law to help lead high-impact cases involving privacy violations, consumer protection, and emerging tech litigation. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and filing of class action lawsuits and data breach claims
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
• Draft and review legal documents, including motions and pleadings
• Participate in client consultations and represent clients in legal matters
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case management and strategy development
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to class actions and data breaches
• Attend court hearings and assist in oral advocacy as needed

Qualifications

• JD
• Active CA state bar membership
• 5+ years of Experience in Plaintiff Litigation (Class Actions experience preferred)
• Preferred 3+ years experience in Data Breach, Privacy, and or Cybersecurity law
• Strong legal writing and research skills
• Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Familiarity with contract law and litigation processes is a plus
• Demonstrated commitment to client representation and legal compliance
• Strong organizational and case management skills
