Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Client Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. This role is vital in ensuring exceptional patient service and smooth administrative operations within our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in medical administrative support. The Client Care Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and supporting the overall patient experience. Duties

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression of the practice
  • Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and rescheduling as needed
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate data entry into the system
  • Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Support medical staff with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and document preparation
  • Coordinate with insurance providers and handle billing-related questions when necessary
  • Ensure the waiting area is tidy and comfortable for patients
  • Stay informed about practice policies and procedures to provide consistent support

Experience

  • Prior experience working in a Home Healthcare setting is preferred
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is highly advantageous
  • Experience in medical administrative support or office administration is desirable
  • Office experience demonstrating organizational skills and customer service excellence is beneficial
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
