Position Overview:

We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Customer Sales Associate & Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our Beverly Hills team. This position combines outstanding customer service with the creative responsibility of crafting engaging in-store displays.

Responsibilities:

  • Retail Sales Associate:
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, assisting with product knowledge and styling recommendations.
  • Maintain a welcoming and inclusive shopping environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and handle client inquiries with professionalism.
  • Visual Merchandising Specialist:
  • Design and implement visually compelling displays to highlight new arrivals and seasonal themes.
  • Ensure the boutique remains aesthetically organized and aligned with our brand identity.
  • Monitor inventory to ensure merchandise is attractively presented and well-stocked.

Qualifications:

  • Prior retail sales experience in luxury or vintage fashion.
  • Strong understanding of styling, trends, and customer service excellence.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for visual detail.
  • Excellent communication and administrative organizational skills.

Details:

  • Pay Rate: $22–$29 per hour to start (based on experience).
  • Hours: Minimum 35 hours per week, with potential for growth.
