Good Shepherd Village in Springfield, Ohio, is seeking caring and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with flexible scheduling and competitive pay up to $31.88 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents' conditions and promptly communicate changes to the RN/DON.
- Provide support and supervision to STNAs and other care staff.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
- Active LPN license in the State of Ohio (Required).
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused.
- Competitive pay – up to $31.88/hr based on experience and shift.
