About the Role
As Chief Engineer, you will play a critical leadership role in expanding our technology infrastructure, AI capabilities, and product roadmap. You will collaborate with executive leadership, data scientists, and engineers to ensure our platform can scale efficiently while maintaining high performance and security.

This role is ideal for an engineering leader with a track record of scaling AI/data products in high-growth environments. You will define and implement technical strategies, optimize system performance, and ensure our AI models evolve with the latest advancements.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Leadership

  • Define and execute the engineering strategy to support rapid scaling while ensuring reliability, performance, and security.

AI/ML Innovation

  • Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies, integrating machine learning and automation into the platform to drive competitive differentiation.

Product-Focused Engineering

  • Align engineering decisions with business objectives, ensuring our solutions drive customer success and financial impact.

Scalability & Architecture

  • Build and optimize the AI/data platform architecture to support 10x scale while maintaining efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Team Growth & Development

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a top-tier engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Data Science, and Leadership teams to translate business goals into cutting-edge technical solutions.

Performance & Optimization

  • Continuously improve system performance, data pipelines, and AI models to maximize business impact.

Strategic Vision

  • Align engineering efforts with the company's high-growth roadmap and long-term vision for AI-powered private equity solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of engineering leadership experience in AI/ML, big data, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven experience scaling engineering teams in high-growth, product-driven environments.
  • Deep expertise in AI, data engineering, cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure), and distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience in building and deploying scalable AI/ML-driven platforms at an enterprise scale.
  • Strong understanding of data pipelines, real-time analytics, and high-performance computing.
  • A track record of leading engineering teams through hyper-growth phases, from startup to enterprise scale.
  • Passion for AI, machine learning, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with private equity, finance, or performance-driven AI solutions is a plus.
