An elite global Law Firm that serves leading companies, financial institutions, and governments worldwide in helping clients resolve complex legal challenges is looking for a Coordinator for their New York location. The Coordinator will support attorneys and the global business development and knowledge management team by performing a diverse range of administrative tasks with precision and discretion. The position calls for skillful multi-tasking and prioritization of assignments. This role demands a high level of organizational skill, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update key databases, including the global Matter Profiling System and CRM tools like InterAction.
  • Act as a liaison between Attorneys, Business Development and Coordinator teams to scope and fulfill support needs.
  • Assist with research, content creation, and preparation for pitches, proposals, legal directory submissions, and client presentations.
  • Support client outreach efforts through list management, campaign coordination, and production of English-language BD newsletters.
  • Conduct market, client, and competitor research to support opportunity spotting and strategic BD initiatives.
  • Contribute to submissions for legal directories, awards entries, and client action plans

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience with a demonstrated interest in business development, administrative support and marketing in a law firm or professional services setting
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with a client-focused, proactive mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems; familiarity with legal directories and marketing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently under pressure, and collaborate effectively across teams.

Compensation: $64, ,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
