Position Summary:

Supervise staff and perform Clinical Research Coordinator and/or Clinical Research Regulatory Coordinator duties, as applicable.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the organization's clinical research staff including assisting with interviewing, performance improvement, and evaluations.
  • Assist in attaining organizational goals and strategic plans.
  • Supervise department operations including research coordination, monitoring, and problem solving.
  • Ensure clinical research policies and procedures are developed and maintained.
  • Prepare reports and keep upper-level management informed of department operations

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Three years of clinical research experience
  • Clinical research certification required or agrees to obtain certification within six months of employment.

Preferred:

  • Five years of clinical research experience
  • Previous supervisory experience
