A healthcare organization in New York City is seeking a Senior Director, Organizational Effectiveness & Learning to lead enterprise-wide training, leadership development, and workforce effectiveness initiatives. This is a highly visible role reporting to senior leadership, offering the opportunity to shape learning strategy and performance across a mission-driven organization with strong values and long-term stability.
The Senior Director, Organizational Effectiveness & Learning will be responsible for:
- Leading the design, execution, and evaluation of organization-wide training and development programs
- Assessing company-wide learning needs and aligning training strategy with short- and long-term organizational goals
- Overseeing instructional design, delivery, and evaluation across classroom, virtual, and e-learning modalities
- Managing vendor partnerships and external training resources to enhance internal capabilities
- Partnering with executive and departmental leaders to support performance management and workforce development initiatives
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related field
- 8+ years of experience leading training or organizational development functions
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing large teams
- Strong expertise in instructional design, program evaluation, and performance management
Compensation: $180,000–$220,000
