Job Description:

As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting residential properties and commercial buildings for signs of pests. You will treat and remove pests using industry-approved techniques and safeguard properties effectively. We prioritize PCSI training and continuing education to ensure our technicians are equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel in the industry. This entry-level position offers opportunities for growth into supervisory roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a daily route, ensuring timely arrival at each stop
  • Conduct inspections of properties for pest activity and signs of infestations
  • Properly and safely apply pesticides according to industry standards and safety protocols
  • Communicate effectively and positively with customers, representing the company professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed
  • Uphold safety and environmental standards

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in pest control is preferred but not mandatory
  • Effective communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Responsible, self-motivated, and able to manage time efficiently
  • Enjoys interacting with others and committed to learning
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
