We are looking for a Front Office Medical Receptionist for our Primary Care/Urgent Care Practice. We are seeking applicants with a positive attitude, good communication skills and ability to multi-task.

Desired applicant should be friendly, a team-player, and an eager employee that can engage with our patients while performing essential front-desk functions that include:

  • Welcome patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
  • Checking patients in/out and scheduling appointments
  • Answering high-volume incoming calls and take messages accordingly
  • Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
  • Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information. (HIPAA)
  • Maintain operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
  • Collecting balances, copays, co-insurances
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Bilingual a plus (Spanish)

Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm - Monday through Friday

Rate of pay is determined based on experience and skills.

Employees qualify for benefits after 90-day probationary period
