Position Overview

Haul Lane Manufacturing is looking for a highly organized and creative Videographer, Database & Personal Assistant to support daily operations, manage media content, and assist with administrative and marketing tasks. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, have strong video production experience, be comfortable working in databases, and type quickly with accuracy.

This role is perfect for someone who can balance creativity with structure — supporting both media creation and executive coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Videography & Creative Content

  • Record, edit, and produce promotional and training videos for company projects and marketing campaigns.
  • Use Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop to edit and enhance videos and images.
  • Organize, label, and archive all video and photo assets in company databases.
  • Capture product demonstrations, behind-the-scenes footage, and customer showcases.

Database & Administrative Support

  • Input and update product, customer, and project data in company systems or online databases.
  • Maintain accurate digital records and filing systems.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Excel, Word, and Adobe tools.
  • Assist with scheduling, travel coordination, and follow-ups for management.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative and database tasks.

Personal & Executive Assistance

  • Support daily management needs and prioritize urgent requests.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and video shoots.
  • Help with marketing or social media tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in videography, content creation, or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, or Illustrator).
  • Fast and accurate typing speed (50+ WPM preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with database systems or CRMs preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information.
