Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Clinic Medical Director to lead a dedicated team of clinicians providing exceptional patient care and leadership within a clinical environment. This role is perfect for a physician who combines a passion for patient care with managerial expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical treatment of patients, with 90% clinical work and 10% administrative duties.
- Develop and mentor clinical staff.
- Manage patient care with an emphasis on efficient and effective treatment.
- Compliance with state regulations and WC regulations.
Necessary Qualifications:
- Licensed in the state of California.
- Medical degree from an accredited university.
- Board certification preferred in Family Medicine, Occupational/Preventive Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or PM&R.
- At least 3 years of applicable experience.
Schedule:
- Full-time position with no weekend obligations.
- A balanced schedule focused on patient treatment and center management.
