Our Skilled Nursing Facility located in the Capital District, Albany, NY is looking for an experienced RN to fulfill our Director of Investigations role. The chosen candidate will be energetic, thorough in investigative reviews, proficient in writing and developing reports, and demonstrate great leadership qualities. The Director of Investigations works closely with the Administrator to improve the quality of patient care and services provided by our team. The Director of Investigations will oversee accidents and incidents with the Administrator ensuring quality customer service and compliance with all Federal, State and local rules and regulations, as well as our policies and procedures.

  • The Director of Investigations will be responsible for monitoring and auditing investigative tasks and developing performance improvement projects
  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a Long Term Care setting
  • Coordinates and leads investigations with the Administrator

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Min. 3 yrs. exp. in Long-Term Care settings
  • 2 years management experience preferred
  • Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills required
  • Evidence of great leadership skills
  • Comfortable with computer systems and electronic documentation

This is a full time, exempt position. Flexible hours including some weekend work is required. Great pay, Health Insurance, Dental, Time off, 401k, paid orientation.
