Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Burlington, MA, for a Technical Sales Manager. The responsibilities include managing the sales process, identifying client needs, providing technical support during the sales cycle, and fostering customer relationships. The role encompasses account management, ensuring clients are satisfied with solutions provided, and collaborating with the engineering team to deliver tailored solutions to clients. The Technical Sales Manager will proactively work to meet sales targets and develop strategies to grow the customer base.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Technical Sales and Sales processes
  • Experience with Account Management and maintaining customer relationships
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and managing client satisfaction
  • Ability to provide Technical Support and understand complex engineering solutions
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the turbomachinery or engineering sectors is a plus
  • Willingness to work on-site in Burlington, MA
