What You'll Do:

  • Prepare financial statements and submit them within established timelines
  • Interpret and analyze financial statements to support business decisions
  • Manage daily accounting operations to ensure compliance with dealership accounting processes and policies
  • Prepare and submit required reports and statements
  • Lead and develop accounting staff, ensuring corporate responsibilities and initiatives are met
  • Safeguard store assets through proper internal controls
  • Train and mentor future accounting leaders

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years of automotive dealership accounting experience
  • Strong proficiency in account reconciliations and accounting processes
  • Extensive knowledge of PBS
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
