Position Summary:

As a Level 2 Technician, you'll be the critical link between Tier 1 support and advanced engineering. You'll handle escalated technical issues, implement solutions, and support a wide range of technologies including servers, networking, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity tools. What You'll Do:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated support tickets via phone, email, and remote tools
  • Travel to client offices when needed
  • Maintain and administer Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking infrastructure
  • Deploy hardware, software, patches, and updates
  • Monitor systems and respond to alerts
  • Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base
  • Work with project teams on new implementations and upgrades
  • Provide mentorship to Level 1 Technicians

What You Bring:

  • Must have 2–4 years of experience in an MSP or similar IT environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, AD, DHCP, DNS, and networking fundamentals
  • Experience with RMM tools, ticketing systems, and remote support software
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications (preferred)
  • Bonus points for experience with Azure, VMware, or firewalls (SonicWall, Fortinet, etc.)
  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation
