About TRS:

Total Roof Services is a 14+ year roofing company serving residential and commercial customers across Central Florida. We are expanding our structured sales team and hiring a Sales Roof Inspector to perform field inspections, document roof conditions, and support the sales process with accurate reporting and customer education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed residential and commercial roof inspections
  • Document findings using photos, measurements, and reporting apps
  • Explain findings to customers in a clear and professional manner
  • Upload all photos and reports to the CRM same day
  • Follow TRS safety procedures (PPE, ladder use, roof access)
  • Support sales reps and estimators with accurate information

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years roofing experience (inspection, installation, or estimating)
  • Strong understanding of roofing systems (shingle, metal, TPO, EPDM)
  • Comfortable on roofs; excellent safety habits
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Preferred: HAAG certification, experience with drones or CompanyCam

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $40,000–$60,000 base salary
  • Potential 1–2% commission on jobs generated
  • Up to $3,000 quarterly performance bonuses
  • Vehicle or monthly vehicle allowance + fuel - Determined by Company
