Clinical Manager - RN Home Health

Now hiring a Registered Nurse to join us as Clinical Manager at Care IV Home Health in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Our Clinical Manager will oversee branch operations for our Fayetteville Arkansas territory. RN Clinical Manager DutiesResponsibilities:

  • Managing clinical operations for our Fayetteville branch location
  • Predictive staffing to anticipate talent needs for growth
  • Branch budgeting preparation
  • Participating in activities to increase star ratings and promote overall branch growth
  • Increase patient census and profitability while maintaining excellent quality of care
  • Manage day-to-day activities
  • Other duties as assigned

RN Clinical Manager Required experience:

  • We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) whose license is active and in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing
  • Home Health and OASIS knowledgeexperience required
  • Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to successfully run branch operations
  • Current OASIS Certification a plus
  • As a healthcare provider in compliance with CMS guidelinesconditions of participation, we require a COVID vaccine as a condition of employment (absent reasonable accommodations)
