What You'll Do

As a Nail Technician Instructor, you'll inspire and guide students on their journey to becoming industry professionals. Each day brings the opportunity to:

• Teach and Mentor: Deliver curriculum-based lessons, provide hands-on guidance on the clinic floor, and tailor experiences to meet diverse learning styles.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with a passionate team to create cohesive, enriching experiences for every student.
• Support and Lead: Manage student coursework, attendance, and growth while preparing them for thriving nail technology careers.
• Build Community: Get to know students and their families, helping shape the inclusive and empowering culture of Atelier Academy.

Qualifications

• Nail Technician or Cosmetology License (Instructor's License required).
• Knowledge of nail tech techniques and trends, with a knack for motivating learners aged 17-30.
• Strong communication skills, tech-savvy (iPad, email, POS), and a creative approach to problem-solving.
