We are now looking for an
*Onboarding & Learning Specialist*
to join our People team and take ownership of new hire onboarding, training platform management, and automation of learning processes across our 3 countries.

About The Role
As Onboarding & Learning Specialist, you will design and coordinate seamless onboarding journeys for every new hire at sunday. You will manage our learning platform, automate workflows to make onboarding scalable, and ensure employees and managers have the right content at the right time to be successful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own onboarding: Build, deliver, and continuously improve the onboarding journey for new hires across France, the UK, and the US.
  • Coordinate sessions: Manage onboarding calendars, facilitate cross-functional sessions, and ensure managers are prepared.
  • Run our learning platform (LMS): Deploy, update, and track training programs, ensuring high adoption and completion.
  • Automate workflows: Use tools like Notion, Slack, and integrations to reduce manual work and scale processes.
  • Create & curate content: Develop or coordinate learning materials adapted to different roles and seniority levels, especially starting with sales in order to reduce their ramp up time.
  • Measure & improve: Use data, surveys, and manager feedback to track effectiveness and improve time-to-productivity.

About You

  • You have 4 years of experience in People Ops, L&D, or a similar coordination/training role.
  • You know how to implement and run a training platform (LMS).
  • You're comfortable with project management, juggling multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • You're tech-savvy and love automation, using tools like Slack, Notion, or Zapier to simplify workflows.
  • You're great at communication – clear, structured, and engaging.
  • You love making things simple, building trust, and going beyond expectations – just like our values.
