We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our marketing team. This critical role is responsible for driving the top-of-funnel growth for our staffing and talent acquisition services. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing and executing strategies to identify, qualify, and nurture high value leads within the B2B staffing industry, including MSP/VMS programs, direct hire services, contingent staffing, and executive search.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Lead Generation Campaigns: Independently design, implement, and manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns (e.g., email, LinkedIn, paid social, content syndication) specifically targeting talent acquisition leaders, HR executives, and procurement teams.
  • Target Market Identification: Conduct research to identify new target markets, key accounts, and relevant decision-makers within various industries that align with our staffing specialties.
  • Content Collaboration: Partner with Marketing team members to guide content priorities and ensure lead-generating assets (e.g., case studies, white papers, webinars) are strategically distributed to maximize conversions.
  • Utilize and maintain our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) to track lead progress, maintain data integrity, and ensure seamless hand-off to the sales team.
  • Refine and manage lead scoring models. Develop and deploy targeted email nurturing sequences to move cold or warm leads through the marketing funnel until they are sales ready.
  • Continuously test and optimize lead generation strategies, campaign messaging, landing pages, and email copy to improve conversion rates and reduce Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
  • Track, analyze, and report on key lead generation metrics, including MQL to SQL conversion rates, lead source performance, and campaign ROI.
  • Work with sales and marketing leadership to forecast lead volume and pipeline contribution based on campaign performance and market trends

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of dedicated experience in a lead generation or demand generation role specifically within the Staffing, Recruiting, or Talent Acquisition services industry.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with major CRM Salesforce and Marketing Automation Platform HubSpot.
  • Proven success in driving B2B leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, targeted email outreach, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to craft compelling and professional outreach messages to senior-level executives.

Nica to have:

  • Experience marketing to specific high-value client segments (e.g., MSP/VMS, Fortune 500 companies).
  • Certification in a major Marketing Automation Platform or Google Ads/Analytics.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach).

  • Applicants should be eligible to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.
  • Pay range: $55,000 - $90,000 annually. Individual pay is determined by multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
