About the Role

Infotech Risks Security LLC (IRSL) is a global consulting firm helping organizations transform operations through SAP implementations, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), IT audits, and cybersecurity solutions.

We are a fast-growing professional services company helping individuals and organizations upskill, adopt enterprise solutions, and unlock growth opportunities. We're currently seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager (B2C) who will serve as a bridge between IRSL, Workforce Commissions, and individual apprentices.

This role is perfect for someone who is mission-driven, people-oriented, and skilled at community engagement; someone who can build strong relationships with trainees, employers, and workforce agencies to drive participation and outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead direct outreach and enrollment efforts for IRSL's apprenticeship and upskilling programs across Texas.
  • Work closely with our Workforce partners to align on participant recruitment and reporting requirements.
  • Support learners from first contact through successful onboarding, ensuring they understand eligibility and employer consent requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with companies willing to sponsor or approve employee participation.
  • Manage end-to-end conversion funnel — from leads to verified applicants and enrolled apprentices.
  • Conduct outreach through field visits, community events, online channels, and workforce centers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, tracking progress, follow-ups, and outcomes for TWC reporting.
  • Represent IRSL professionally during virtual and in-person engagements.

What We're Looking For


• 3–5+ years of experience in sales, outreach, or workforce development programs.


• Proven ability to engage and convert individuals in training or education programs.


• Experience working with government-funded initiatives or community-based learning projects.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust fast.


• Familiarity with workforce systems preferred.


• Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working independently in the field.


• Bilingual (English & Spanish) strongly preferred.


• Strong CRM and reporting skills (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
