Commercial Lines Account Executive
We're looking for a driven and experienced Account Executive to join an insurance team known for collaboration, integrity, and premium service delivery. You'll take the lead in client relationships, guide coverage strategies, present insurance programs, and work closely with underwriters to secure competitive pricing and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary advisor to commercial clients regarding risk + coverage
- Conduct coverage reviews & create tailored insurance program proposals
- Market new and renewal business, negotiate terms, secure premium improvements
- Support claims handling, loss control, policy placement & program design
- Maintain strong carrier and client relationships to optimize long-term success
Experience & Skill Requirements
CA P&C License required
2-5+ years in commercial lines or client-facing account servicing role
Deep understanding of renewals, endorsements, claims & underwriting workflow
Expertise in risk assessment, coverage structure, industry regulations
Proficiency with agency management systems + MS Office

Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire
$33-$45/hr (DOE) | $70K-$95K Salary Range (open)
