We're modernizing how we manage projects — and we're looking for a sharp, driven
Project Management Intern
to help us lead that change. In this role, you'll take the lead on migrating our internal project tracking systems from Excel to and help streamline how our teams collaborate, plan, and execute projects.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, digital transformation, and cross-functional collaboration — all while building scalable solutions that will have a lasting impact on how we work.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do
Project Setup & Migration

  • Analyze existing Excel-based project trackers and understand workflows, dependencies, and key data points.
  • Design and implement structured, efficient project boards in
  • Migrate and validate project data to ensure accuracy and usability in the new system.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to automate workflows, improve transparency, and reduce manual effort.
  • Work with stakeholders to refine board structures, templates, and reporting views.

Training & Documentation

  • Create user guides, SOPs, and onboarding materials for the new system.
  • Provide support and training to teams during and after the migration process.

Reporting & Communication

  • Build visual dashboards and reports to track project health and timelines.
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams to gather feedback and continuously refine the setup.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience working with , Asana, or similar project management tool is a must.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Management consulting experience is a strong plus.
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program for a technical discipline is a plus.
  • Entering your Junior or Senior year in university is a plus.
