About the role:
As a Senior Product Manager for the Remitly Business team, you'll define and deliver against Remitly Business's strategy to expand our product into new geographies and ensure product-market fit in those markets. You'll own the global onboarding funnel for businesses in Remitly markets, driving high transfer delivery rates, strong approval rates, and seamless onboarding experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in regulated, ambiguous spaces, can influence across Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Marketing, and is passionate about making new markets successful. This role will be based in Seattle, WA and report into the GM of Remitly Business.
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Remitly Business's Global Access offering, aligning with our mission to deliver trusted financial services to businesses worldwide.
Be a key voice in communicating and acting on customer needs, pain points, and global market opportunities across cross-functional teams.
Prioritize product features and initiatives using data, research, and business impact, ensuring a balance of customer value, business value, compliance, and scalability.
Lead end-to-end product development - from ideation and requirements to launch and ongoing iteration - delivering a clear 'why', strong documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics to design innovative solutions, set measurable goals, and launch new capabilities that drive adoption and business growth.
Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal partners to inform product decisions and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Champion Remitly's customer-centric values, fostering a culture of inclusion, learning, and growth within the product team.
5+ years of product management experience in technology, fintech, or payments, delivering customer-facing products in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
Experience defining and executing product roadmaps, managing complex projects, and working closely with engineering and design partners.
Deep empathy for customers, with a track record of using research, data, and experimentation to build products that solve real problems at scale.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing diverse stakeholders across business, technical, and compliance domains.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in setting metrics, tracking KPIs, and making data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with global payments, financial services, or small business products is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
