Job Title: Data Quality / Data Governance Consultant

Location: Camden, NJ (100% Onsite – Day 1)

Duration: 6 Months Contract with High Possibility of Extension

We are seeking an experienced Data Quality / Data Governance Consultant to support our client's Finance and Supply Chain domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data governance frameworks, data quality management, and process improvement, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement data governance and data quality practices across Finance and Supply Chain functions.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to define, monitor, and improve data quality KPIs and business rules.
  • Conduct data profiling, root cause analysis, and remediation for identified data quality issues.
  • Support metadata management, data stewardship, and governance policy enforcement.
  • Facilitate workshops and documentation for data ownership, standards, and lineage.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance master data processes and governance maturity.

Required Skills:

  • 12+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, or MDM initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles, policies, and industry best practices.
  • Domain expertise in Finance and Supply Chain processes.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data profiling tools for analysis and validation.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be available to work onsite in Camden, NJ from Day 1 (no remote option).

Nice to Have:

  • Working knowledge of Reltio MDM (conceptual understanding, not hands-on).
  • Experience with Collibra, Informatica, or other data governance platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
