We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual with Asian food experience to join our culinary team as a . Duties

  • Prepare and cook Asian dishes with precision, maintaining authenticity and quality standards
  • Assist with menu planning to incorporate traditional and innovative Asian recipes
  • Handle food safely and hygienically, adhering to all food safety regulations
  • Participate in food presentation and plating to enhance visual appeal
  • Support kitchen operations including ingredient prep, knife skills, and cooking techniques
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service during busy periods
  • Assist in catering events or special functions as needed
  • Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Asian cuisine, with a strong knowledge of traditional recipes and techniques
  • Background in dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus
  • Experience in fine dining, restaurant service, or catering environments preferred
  • Strong food preparation, cooking, and food handling skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
  • Excellent knife skills and meal preparation abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting
  • Culinary experience with a focus on Asian foods is highly desirable
  • Prior experience in the food industry or culinary field is advantageous
