Role Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who will plan, execute, and optimise our marketing strategy across digital channels to support company growth, client acquisition, and brand awareness. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead campaigns, manage cross-functional initiatives, and measure impact to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy (brand, demand-generation, digital, content) aligned with company goals.
- Manage and optimise digital channels including SEO, SEM/PPC, social media, email marketing, affiliate and partnership campaigns.
- Lead campaign planning: define objectives, budgets, timelines, key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliverables.
- Work with creative, analytics and operations teams to produce marketing assets (landing pages, ads, content, etc.).
- Analyse campaign performance and marketing metrics (ROI, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, lifetime value) and provide insights and recommendations.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity and customer behaviour to refine marketing tactics.
- Manage external marketing agencies and vendors as needed.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align on messaging, offers and go-to-market plans.
- Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Mentor and support junior marketing staff or contractors, if applicable.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce, digital marketing or B2C/B2B growth environments.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools: Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, SEO tools, email platforms, analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Proven track record of running campaigns that yielded measurable growth (lead generation, acquisition, revenue).
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
- Strong project-management skills: ability to manage multiple initiatives, meet deadlines and stay within budget.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work across departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-moving startup or consultancy model.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Experience in marketplace/e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify) and channel marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a small team or manage external partners/vendors.
