Key Responsibilities:

Assist dentists during various dental procedures.Prepare patients for treatments or checkups, ensuring their comfort throughout.Select, set up, and organize instruments, equipment, and materials as needed.Sterilize instruments according to regulations.Provide patients with post-operative care instructions.Uphold cleanliness and compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Certification from an accredited Dental Assisting program.Must have 2+ years of experience working as a Dental Assistant. Must have an expanded function dental assisting certification. Familiarity with dental instruments and sterilization techniquesUnderstanding of health & safety regulationsProficient with dental software and general computer skillsStrong communication skills with a friendly, patient-focused demeanorExcellent attention to detailOrganized, dependable, and able to multitask effectivelyAdditional certifications or training (e.g., EFDA) are a plus
