Our Site based in Garland (Texas), is currently looking forProduction Supervisor – Chemical Manufacturing (Making Department)As a Production Supervisor in our Making Department, you will lead daily operations on high-volume production lines within a chemical manufacturing environment. You will ensure that production goals, safety standards, and quality requirements are consistently met. This role involves coordinating teams, managing schedules, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to optimize manufacturing performance.Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and safety targets.Ensure proper material availability, equipment readiness, and schedule execution in collaboration with Planning and Supply Chain teams.Monitor key production metrics (e.g., OEE, KPIs) and generate shift reports.Identify and resolve production issues, proposing schedule or process improvements when needed.Enforce compliance with safety protocols, PPE usage, and company policies.Support inventory control and material handling processes using FIFO principles and SAP.Foster a positive team environment and support employee development and performanceExperience:Minimum 4 years of experience in production or manufacturing supervision.Minimum 3 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.Education: Bachelor's degree required (Engineering discipline preferred: Industrial, Mechanical, or related).Specific Knowledge: High-volume manufacturing processesChemical production operationsSAP and Microsoft Office proficiencyFIFO systems and material handlingStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsJoin US Apply now and join the kdc/one worldwide teamZobele by kdc/one is an Equal Opportunity Employer and as such, treats all applications equally and recruits purely on the basis of skills and qualifications.KDC-ONE is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, age, sex, gender, disability or any other characteristic protected by law.
